Location & Arrival

Full venue details will be provided in your confirmation email closer to your training date.

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for registration and preparation.

If you are travelling from outside the area, we recommend arranging transport and accommodation in advance.

If you have any injuries, medical considerations, or specific concerns, please contact us in advance.

Before You Arrive

Preparation is an essential part of the Kinisi Flow® training process.

You are expected to engage with the guided study resources to build physical readiness and a clear understanding of the method before attending the live training day.

This preparation establishes a solid foundation prior to the practical training and ensures the live training day can focus on practical application and structured understanding.

Before attending, please ensure you have:
  • Completed the Pre-Training Manual
  • Worked through the Dynamic Mobility training plans for each body area
  • Read your confirmation email carefully

What to Bring

To ensure you are comfortable throughout the day, please bring:

  • Comfortable training clothing (a spare change if desired)

  • A hoodie or sweater for lower-intensity segments or rest periods

  • We train barefoot (this will be explained on the day). If preferred, bring light, flexible footwear or barefoot-style shoes

  • Your preferred method of note-taking — notebook and pen or a device

  • Sufficient water and light, energising snacks

After the Training Day

The training day forms a key stage of your certification process.

Following the in-person training, you will complete:
  • Post-Training Manual
  • Knowledge Exam
  • Video Assessment Submission

Once all components are successfully completed and approved, you will officially qualify as a Kinisi Flow® Instructor.

This process ensures that every certified instructor represents the method with clarity, structure, and professional competence.
