STEP 1 — Pre-Training Preparation
Before attending your training day, you are expected to prepare by:

- Completing the Mobility Preparation Plans to support your movement readiness

STEP 2 — Practical Training Day
Attend your Level 1 Instructor Training and immerse yourself in the Kinisi Flow® system.
During training you will:
The training day focuses on understanding and applying the method in practice.
After training, you move into the post-training certification phase.
During training you will:
- Experience a live Kinisi Flow® class as a participant
- Learn and practise the signature Kinisi Flow® movements
- Understand stretching and preparation principles within the method
- Explore the 5 class variables and how they shape session delivery
- Learn the Learning Layering System™ and how it supports progression
- Work through real teaching scenarios and participant considerations
- Develop clarity on how to structure and deliver your classes
The training day focuses on understanding and applying the method in practice.
After training, you move into the post-training certification phase.
STEP 3 — Post-Training Certification
After your training day, you enter the Active Development Phase as a Licensed Trainee Member.
This stage takes place within the Licensed Instructor Membership, where you complete your post-training requirements and prepare to begin teaching.
The Licensed Instructor Membership is a monthly subscription and a required part of the Instructor Certification Pathway. It provides access to the Kinisi Flow® system, structured class content, and ongoing support needed to complete your certification and begin delivering classes with confidence.
As Kinisi Flow® is a licensed, copyrighted method, an active membership is required to access, teach, and deliver the system, and to maintain your Level 1 Instructor status once certified.

At this stage, you are developing toward independent teaching approval.
You will:

- Submit your teaching video assessment for review

- Learn the class choreography and structure
- Access Highlight Moves for self-practice, familiarisation, and coaching delivery
- Practise delivering the movements you will be assessed on
- Develop and refine teaching cues
- Build confidence leading a structured session
- Prepare for your video assessment
You are now in an active development phase focused on practising, integrating, and preparing to teach Kinisi Flow® with clarity and confidence.
