Do I need to be a qualified instructor?
Not at all! Whether you're a coach, mover, or simply someone ready to step into something new—you’re welcome here. You just need to feel comfortable supporting your own bodyweight and be cleared to participate in physical activity. We’ll guide you through the rest.
