About Us

The Move2Connect & Bestill Retreat is offering a unique approach to mindfulness.

This retreat is run by Fitness educators, Movement specialist's and Therapists who have devoted their life and careers to push beyond the typical paradigm in the fitness and well-being space. To authentically deliver mind, body, movement & breath based work - all in unique forms.

In return, you will embark on a genuine transformational journey as you cultivate the knowledge to empower yourself in your everyday life.
