WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO LEARN

Workshop Overview

Kinisi Flow® is a 1 day intensive workshop where you will learn in-depth instruction on the Kinisi Flow® system of teaching, training & the ‘practice’ of movement. The workshop day offers you the opportunity to develop your movement repertoire & skills so you can excel as an individual practitioner or in your professional field.

We Will Cover 
  • Understanding unique learning paths and how to train, improve movement quality & master particular movements

  • Explore the concepts of sequencing vs flowing 

Workshop Preparation 

The workshop is open to persons of all skill levels. You should be physically fit enough to support your own bodyweight and be medically cleared to participate in physical activities. Attendees must be at least 16 years old.

Upon registration you will receive access to the complimentary online dynamic plans that come with full video tutorials & PDF downloads to help in preparation for your upcoming workshop day.

All information about your upcoming workshop will be emailed to you 1 week prior to your workshop day. To ensure you receive all correspondence from us please make sure all of your information is correct when filling in the required forms.

Early Bird Price: £430 - (Paid in full ends 21st May)
 Early Bird Price Plan £430 - (2 payments of £215/month - Ends 4th May)
 Full Price £460 - (From 22nd May paid in full, no payment plan available)

Cost & Payment Plan Options

 The full price for the Kinisi Flow® Level 1 Workshop & the pre-content is £460 (Valued at £1500) 
 Early bird price £430 available until date specified.

Payment Plan Option
The payment plan option is only available on the early bird price of £430 and providing you have at least 2 months to spread out your payment instalments. If you choose this method of payment you can register with a 50% deposit of £215 (non refundable) and pay £215 the following month. 
The early bird price is only available for a limited time before the workshop price will change to the full value of £460, this will always be 2 weeks before the workshop date. The dates of the price change will always be specified on each workshop booking page (T&Cs apply).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend your Kinisi Flow® Workshop Day, you have two options as listed below.

1. You can transfer your registration to another available workshop providing it is within 48 hours before your workshop date you are transferring from. A £20 transfer fee will be due at the time of the transfer. A maximum of 3 transfers will be permitted.

2. You can cancel & request a refund. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for all cancellation requests before you're booked workshop day. This is due to receiving access to the pre-content prior to the workshop day.

NOTE: In the event that a workshop is cancelled due to but not limited to a scheduling issue, host-issue or geo-political issue, Kinisi Fit LTD will transfer (on availability) refund or credit your attendance fee. BUT WILL NOT compensate for any flights, accommodation or days missed from work. Please arrange for your own cancellation insurance.

Virtual Back Up - For In-Person Workshop Rescheduling

For Your Attention - Please know that in the event of a lockdown due to Covid restrictions in any country where a LIVE-In Person Kinisi Flow® Workshop is taking place, we will automatically change to a VIRTUAL workshop via Zoom on the same date & time as scheduled. You will be informed of any changes that take place and an email with the session details will be sent out to all those who have booked on to the session. If you can not attend the virtual session, please inform us ASAP and we will transfer you for FREE to the next available workshop - T&Cs still apply!

Meet Your Instructors

The workshop will be taught by the creator Michael Dean & co-founder Natalie Constanti, who are a husband and wife duo. They share years of experience in the fitness industry, having trained & exposed themselves to a variety fitness disciplines & have always shared their interest in non traditional forms of exercise that celebrate movement.
